Club Village Skolkovo Club, which is being under construction in the Moscow region, is composed of two types of houses - villas and townhouses, the interiors of which have been carried out in several styles by the UNK project architects.
The panoramic windows, high ceilings and a unique natural landscape are fundamental to the organization of space, a kind of luxury, and one of the main advantages of the residential complex. In their project, the architects made a great emphasis on the use of innovative and natural materials reflecting the current idea of a residential space. The interior is entirely built of stone, wood, fiber- and translucent concrete - a unique variety of playing textures and interacting with each other. The simple forms of the residential space in combination with precious materials give the effect of crafted luxury and brevity, emphasizing the feeling of light and comfort.
The dominant feature in the interiors of the villas and mansions are double-height living rooms, arranged around the fireplace area. The personality and taste of future owners are reflected in the art objects, chandeliers, and other items of design.
The harmony between the interior and exterior is achieved through the use of certain materials for facades and interior design.
