The ventilated facade set in the project is executed on a basis of transpierce aluminum vertical racks. Perforation sets openness to a facade and also forms the unique drawing on each of plane parts of a facade at the expense of the different scale of openings and with this allows to achieve their inimitable uniqueness. The first floor is made of the stemalite glass the color of which changes throughout the length of a facade. Considering the "dullness" of surrounding building this technique forms positive color emphasis at the level of human sight and allocates the functional first floor. Entrances are allocated at the expense of a panoramic glazing on all height of a facade and are made of transparent glass which allows baring a shopping center interior during daytime and especially in the evening, in addition focusing attention of possible visitors. The project provided improvement of the adjacent garden square and formation of a city square in its territory.
