The architects had a task to design a midrise residential settlement in the health resort zone of Vladivostok and create high quality, comfortable environment for human life while maintaining the highest possible amount of greenery. Based on the characteristics of the selected site, the designers paid particular attention to the specific characteristics; thus, each apartment overlooks the Amur Bay. Due to the active terrain, a portion of the section houses located on supports, which enables the arrangement of terraces for the residents and emphasizes the expressiveness of the architectural image of the building. For some apartments, located on the first floor, there is a possibility of organizing gardens with backdoors leading directly into the garden. Speaking of the facade solutions, in order to create a dynamic exterior corresponding to the landscape features and the attractiveness of this territory, the designers used the architectural techniques such as randomly protruding bay windows lined with Flemish brick, vertical positioning of windows and different height.
